"Spencer"

When owners Mike and Judy Hewett came to pick Spencer out of my litter we all had a laugh when Mike said since it had been many years since they had had a competition GSP that Spencer would have to be their Dual Champion!!!!!  And did Spencer come through with flying colors!!!!  He was in the show ring for one week, on the New Mexico circuit 5 days in May.  He took Winner's Dog and Best of Winners four days in a row to complete his Championship and the fifth day he went Best of Breed.  He returned home to finish his Field Trial Championship with Randy Berry, becoming the first GSP Randy finished as a Dual.

Spencer has his mother's sweet temperament and style and his father's drive and stamina...and is perfectly happy to be a personal hunting dog and loved companion.
